A simple block design using layered piecing and Cathedral Window Curves combined with icy blues creates the soft chill of a winter snowfall. A single frame from the Cathedral Window Quilt technique used in "Machine Stitched Cathedral Windows" is grid quilted. The bias folds are then rolled and stitched creating scalloped Cathedral Window Curves on each edge of the three dimensional square.
